Established in 2007, Mishock Physical Therapy & Associates, Boyertown, is a privately owned, outpatient physical therapy practice in Berks County. It is our mission to provide the most effective and, state-of-the-art physical therapy services to relieve pain, restore function, and return you to the highest quality of life possible.
We consider every patient a VIP, regardless of age, insurance, and/or injury and deliver the best, most comprehensive care necessary. Mishock PT, Barto, prides itself on providing hands-on, individualized care to every patient. We want to accommodate your busy schedule, so we offer flexible treatment times: early morning, evening and Saturday hours.

Meet Our Staff
Andi Fishlock, PT, DPT, LSVT BIG® Certified
Andi was born and raised in the Barto/Boyertown Area. She graduated from Boyertown High School and attended Temple University for her undergraduate degree. She then obtained her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Temple University.
She has always known that she wanted to be involved with PT and takes great pride in problem-solving with her patients and maximizing their function as well as continuing her own education. With 30 years of experience, her work history is diverse and includes rehab (both inpatient and outpatient), orthopedics, as well as home care.
Dr. Andi has been through numerous manual orthopedic continuing education courses including Kinesiotaping, muscle energy therapy, geriatric, and balance/fall prevention classes, as well as the McKenzie spine course series. She has a passion for geriatrics and aging well, which has led to further continuing education in this field. In addition, she also has special in lymphedema management and certification in LVST BIG, a program for patients with Parkinson’s disease.
She most enjoys being hands-on and educating and empowering patients to take charge of their health. Dr. Andi has been a Mishock PT employee since 2009 in a part-time and PRN capacity. She was drawn to Mishock PT because of their patient-centered approach to care. She has worked throughout all of our outpatient offices and is now currently accepting patients at the Barto office.
She resides in Bally with her husband Jim, in their semi-empty nest. She enjoys a love of travel, having visited and hiked many national parks in the last few years, as well as walking/ running (you may see her on the streets of Bally!) and gardening- as well as indoor hobbies like cooking/baking, photography, and scrapbooking. A passionate supporter of the American Cancer Society, she is actively involved in the Boyertown Relay for Life particularly the survivor committee.
Monica Hallman, PTA, CKTP, LSVT BIG® Certified
Clinical Director of Boyertown Office
Monica Hallman, PTA, CKTP has been the clinical director of Mishock Physical Therapy’s Barto office since the winter of 2010 and with the Mishock team since 2006. She also sees patients in their Gilbertsville location on a limited basis. Monica graduated from Alvernia College in Reading, Pennsylvania in 1988. She has an associate of science degree from the physical therapy assistant program, as well as over 28 years of experience in outpatient therapy.
Monica is proficient in manual therapy, including myofascial release, orthopaedics, sports medicine, neurology, pediatrics, aquatics, back education, balance education, TMJ relief, work hardening, and kinesio taping. Recently, she has obtained continuing education credit in vestibular rehabilitation. Monica most enjoys working with the neck and using hand-on manual therapy to help her patients relieve their pain.
Monica lives with her husband Gary and daughter Haydn on the outskirts of the Bally/Bechtelsville area. She enjoys running, gardening, volunteering, and is delighted to be a part of the Mishock Physical Therapy team.
