Meet Our Staff
Clinical Director of Boyertown Office
Monica Hallman, has been the Clinical Director of Mishock Physical Therapy’s Barto office since the winter of 2010, and with the Mishock team since 2006. Monica graduated from Alvernia College in Reading, PA, and has over 33 years of experience in outpatient therapy.
She is proficient in manual therapy, including myofascial release, and is also skilled in orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology, pediatrics, aquatics, back education, balance education, TMJ relief, work hardening, lymphedema, and Kinesio taping. She has obtained a certificate for LSVT BIG, a program for patients who suffer from Parkinson’s disease as well as other neurological disorders. She also has special training in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation.
Monica most enjoys working with neck and low back pain, using her myofascial release skills to help her patients relieve their pain, and neurological disorders, such as Parkinson’s disease to see her patients improve their quality of life.
Monica lives with her husband Gary on the outskirts of the Bally/Bechtelsville area. She enjoys traveling, running, gardening, reading, yoga, belly dancing and cheering on her daughter, Haydn, who is attending Medical School. She is delighted to be a part of the Mishock Physical Therapy team.
Victoria Clement, PT, DPT, LSVT BIG
Victoria was born and raised in Huntingdon, PA. As a young athlete, she participated in many sports including soccer, basketball, and track and field, which led to injuries that introduced her to physical therapy.
She observed one patient in particular who sustained a spinal cord injury. With the assistance of physical therapists, he gave everything he had physically, mentally, and emotionally to achieve overlooked, simple activities in life such as walking and driving.
This experience inspired her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Slippery Rock University.
A few of Victoria’s special interests in physical therapy include concussions, anxiety/stress management, gait analysis, and proper shoe wear.
Early in her career, she had the privilege of receiving extensive training in myofascial release, which changed the lives of many of her patients suffering with chronic pain.
Victoria has recently increased her clinical skills to include treatment for patients with lymphedema, TMJ, LSVT BIG for patients who suffer from Parkinson’s disease, and special training in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation.
She strongly believes in two concepts; the healing power of hands-on therapeutic treatment and that exercise is the best medicine. She is ecstatic to pursue these ideas while working with her friendly and energetic family of co-workers at Mishock Physical Therapy.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys kickboxing, hiking, cooking, painting, Eagles football, local restaurants and breweries, and visiting beloved family and friends. She aspires to travel and experience new adventures with her husband.
