Meet Our Staff
Megan Repko, MPT
Clinical Director of Gilbertsville Office
Megan received her Bachelor of Arts degree and Master’s in Physical Therapy at Temple University and has trained at various rehab and acute care facilities in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh areas.
Upon receiving her PT degree and license to practice in Pennsylvania, Megan took a position at the Reading Rehabilitation Hospital where she worked in acute rehabilitation for five years specializing in the rehabilitation of amputee patients.
She then became instrumental in the development of new geriatric services. Along with assessing and treating clients she served the community by providing training and lectures on geriatric topics, posture, and body mechanics.
Megan enjoys being a mother to four boys while still pursuing her career as a full time physical therapist. She joined the team at Mishock Physical Therapy in June of 2006 and is now shares the position of Clinical Director with Melissa Bennett, ATC. Megan’s background in adult and geriatric rehab gives her a functional and practical approach to treating orthopedic diagnoses.
She has been specially trained in manual lymphatic therapy and rehabilitation following breast cancer. She has also added a certification in LSVT BIG which is a program especially designed to help patients who are suffering with Parkinson’s disease.
Megan enjoys getting to know her patients and discovering how physical therapy can help them to achieve their goals. She lives in the Oley Valley with her family and is an active member of St. Columbkill Parish in Boyertown.

Patti Curci, PT, MBA, AIB-VR
Patti Curci realized she wanted to become a physical therapist in high school. She developed a condition in her ankle called Osteochondritis Dissecans where she underwent 2 ankle surgeries, followed by physical therapy. She loved watching how the therapist worked with her to enable her return to her favorite sports including, swimming and tennis, and knew then, that she wanted this as her future career.
Patti was raised in West Chester PA, and went on to swim for the University of Scranton where she graduated with a degree in Physical therapy. She furthered her education at DeSales University and earned her MBA degree. She joined Mishock Physical Therapy in October of 2010.
She has focused the majority of her continuing education over the past 4 years on a variety of topics including training in Vestibular rehabilitation as well as classes at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center for advanced understanding on concussion protocols and ImPACT testing. She has further developed this knowledge and received certification in vestibular therapy.
Her treatment philosophy is to personally connect with her patients in a friendly and positive setting. She likes to empower them with information to get the best outcomes in the clinic as well as develop tools so they can manage at home after completing their course of treatment with physical therapy.
She lives in Schwenksville with her husband, Joe, and 3 children: Drew, Brad, and Natalie. All kids attend school in the Perkiomen Valley School District. When she’s not working, she can be found volunteering at school, being a cheerleader on the sidelines at any of her kid’s sports or music activities, working out at a class at the Spring Valley YMCA, or walking her new puppy on the Perkiomen Trail.

Ryan DeLong, DPT, MS
Dr. Ryan Delong’s motivation to study physical therapy stemmed from a passion for science, anatomy, and exercise. While he was working at Mishock Physical Therapy as an exercise physiologist, he received clarity that his previous experience and education all pointed towards physical therapy.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University, a Master’s of Science in exercise physiology from West Chester University, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Neumann University.
After earning his Master’s degree Ryan began working at Mishock Physical Therapy’s Skippack clinic as an exercise physiologist. While working full time in the Skippack clinic Ryan took the necessary next steps to attain his Doctorate so he could practice physical therapy.
Ryan’s particular interests include orthopedic shoulder rehabilitation, post-operative knee rehabilitation, posture and its influences on neck and shoulder pain.
His favorite part of working with patients is empowering them with knowledge so they better understand their diagnosis, and helping them feel and move better. He is currently working towards earning his COMT (certified orthopedic manual therapist) designation through Maitland physical therapy.
Ryan grew up in Barto, PA, went to Boyertown high school and currently lives in Boyertown. Outside of work Ryan enjoys hunting, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife Marisa, their 2 children, and their Boston Terrier Maggie.
