Dr. Andrew (Drew) Glass was born right across the street from our Phoenixville clinic at the Phoenixville hospital and has lived in the Spring City area ever since.
He graduated from Pope John Paul II High School in Royersford, and played high school soccer and lacrosse.
Drew attended Duquesne University where he got his BS in biology and health science. While at Duquesne he played club lacrosse, worked as a soccer trainer, youth coach, as well as working at the University’s fitness center.
He earned his Doctorate Physical Therapy (DPT) this past August 2020, after completing clinical rotations at Sports Medicine of Atlanta and the Cardiac ICU at UPMC Mercy.
He had always played sports growing up, so he knew he wanted to do something that involved movement. Physical therapy allows him to do what he enjoys while helping others.
He is interested in areas of physical therapy that include exercise prescription and manual techniques like myofascial release. He is looking to get strength and conditioning certification (CSCS) by the end of the year and eventually an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification.
In his free time, he loves to golf, workout, and listen to all genres of music. He is die-hard Philadelphia Flyers fan.
