Dr. Ann is an experienced Physical Therapist who grew up in Limerick Township and graduated from Spring-Ford High School. She joined Mishock Physical Therapy in August 2010 and currently works in the Skippack clinic. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Arcadia University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in VA. She is a Direct Access licensed Physical Therapist with over 30 years of experience, Dr. Ann has attended numerous continuing education courses over the years, with a focus on manual therapy. She utilizes techniques such as Myofascial Release, Mulligan, and Maitland in her treatments. She is a certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner and has expertise in the Graston Technique of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Dr. Ann specializes in treating patients with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological disorders. She is an LSVT Big Certified practitioner and believes in the importance of establishing a personal connection with her patients and providing a friendly, inviting, enjoyable, and positive environment in the clinic. She understands that every patient is unique and treatments need to be individualized to meet each person’s needs. In her free time, Dr. Ann enjoys running, hiking, and kayaking with her two dogs, and gardening. She has completed more than 12 marathons and multiple ultramarathon trail races.
